What are workstreams?
Think of a workstream as a focused project aimed at achieving a specific automation goal. We break down your requests into manageable workstreams to ensure efficient completion.
How do you determine workstream complexity?
We offer three workstream durations: 3 hours, 1 day, and 5 days. These durations reflect the estimated complexity of the tasks involved. Simple tasks requiring minimal setup might fall under the 3-hour category, while complex automations with extensive data integration might require a 5-day workstream.
Is there a limit to the number of requests I can submit?
Nope. You can add as many requests as you’d like to your backlog. We’ll keep working on them one at a time (two or more at a time if you bought a bigger plan) until they’re all done. It’s best if you keep us busy and always have requests in your backlog.
What happens after I submit a request?
Our team will review your request and get in touch to discuss the specific tasks involved. We’ll then estimate the workstream complexity and recommend the most suitable duration (3 hours, 1 day, or 5 days).
